JOB ROLES ANNOUNCED
1) A company which was originally founded in New Zealand where it has had a lot of success over the last two years and is now the number one online video production business is looking for two NEDs to join its board. It is looking to bring its successful business to the UK and roll out the methodology and service. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and marketing and/or finance, as well as bringing to the table a strategic head and a questioning yet supportive approach. There will be plenty of challenges and plenty of scope to provide input, guidance and ideas. The remuneration for the role is negotiable based on the candidate’s skills and experience and what they can bring to the business. Directors fees and/or commission are on the table initially, with the right candidates having options made available to them after 6 months of working effectively together. 2) An excellent opportunity to join a company with global ambitions and a world class product. A great opportunity to be on the board of a rapidly growing company with a product which can help protect and make safe human, mobile and capital assets globally. The ideal candidate will have excellent contacts and credentials in one of our given vertical markets of Government, Critical Infrastucture, Maritime or Security. You will also have a strong background in developing companies in the international arena and raising funds for growth. Negotiable incentive package available.
4) A full-time Sales and Marketing Director is needed to mastermind and execute a sales strategy, influencing product development and partnerships. The business is a small bootstrapped technology company with an online service, ready to bring to market. It operates in the area of email messaging and file transfer. The role is offering 30K basic, plus equity stake, plus commission.
5) A fast-growing on-line careers video library is looking for a Business Partner to offer guidance and help with sales, new licensing and joint development opportunities. This hands-on role pays sweat equity and could be based remotely.
